This plane has probably not been used and is cleaned and lightly oiled. The sole is flattened and the iron and cap iron are sharp and initialised.

The new rosewood knob & tote are of unique design. The knob is a hybrid between the shape of the old and height of newer style. The tote is designed after the old style with a well rounded grip. This one is also taller and slightly thicker. Both fit the hand very well, making a relaxed grip possible. If you have been uncomfortable with the regular knob and totes, this is your chance.
